Ping Da Biotechnology Co. Ltd. aims to integrate and promote health concepts in food. The company began by exploring cooperative education in universities, proactively connecting with experts in the food industry, and hoping for health food technology transfer. Consequently, the company successfully transferred the technology of the renowned Ping Da Low Sodium Soy Sauce from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology and hired the product developer, Prof. Pao-Chuan Hsieh, as consultant to ensure the high quality of the soy sauce produced. In 2005, after the Zhuliao factory was built, the product favorably established its place and popularity on the market. A more permanent location was determined one year later in the Neipu Industrial Park, and after two years of planning and construction, the new and improved factory was established in May of 2010.

The products manufactured at Ping Da Biotechnolgy Co. Ltd. meet all standards of the ISO22000. Critical control points in the production process are identified and closely monitored for food safety. The staff is fully trained and supervised on site in order to manufacture high quality products for our consumers.
