Sheng Chn was established in 1994 as the manufacturer＆exporter for sanding pad of AIR ＆POWER TOOLS by Mr.Wei Chih Ming and his wife Eva Chen. We keep to developing new models step by step and new customers all the time. Today, we are pride of our quality product, competitive price and on-time delivery.
Our R＆D department test and investigate each new developed model. After their approvl,we start to purchase a small screw to every other part before assembly. We assemble carefully every step in our production line and do 100% inspection after it is finished.

So that,we make sure that each sanding pad in different material is well taken care and packed correctly before shipment.

To be better server our customers,we have recently built a modern 24,000 square feet plant. We also maintain an extensive line of high quality item for you to choose from.
