Splendid Rubber Products (Shenzhen)Co., Ltd. is located in Kengzi,Pingshan New Area, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. Our Investment is 10 million RMB and the factory area is 20,000 square meters. Our main business focuses on the design, development, manufacture and the related mold development of rubber products. We mainly produce o-rings, quad rings, squre rings, gaskets, grommets, custom molded parts, rubber seal and rubber part bonded to metal. They are used for sealing valves of oil, air, and water or as the absorbers. We also offer custom molded products, which are manufactured by the samples from our customers.

We are certified by IATF16949, our compound E7001Z59 is KTW, DVGW, WRAS, and NSF 61 listed. We have an extensive selection of materials available to meet ASTM, JIS, DIN, NSF, and other specifications. All of our products are backed by our ISO/IATF16949 registered systems. Splendid meets IATF16949 standards. Supporting documentation, PPAP control plans and FMEA are available upon request. We take quality very seriously; and that's our guarantee.

1. Large production capacity and Short Delivery time: 2 factories of total 80 sets molding machines, we can bear large production capacity and our normal delivery is about 4-5 weeks.Special shorter delivery is available.

2. High quality: IATF16949 registered, Inspection standard can be done per AQL1.0/0.65/0.15, C=0 ( Zero defect ), 100% sorting by Doss & UTP machine. 

3. Low prices: large molding machine like 600-650 Tons and tool size up to 850mm, mixed materials by our selves for some compounds.

4. Tools: In house, 4 sets CNCs to cut the tool with low prices.

5. Approvals: NSF, KTW, WRAS, UL, FDA etc. Special requirement is available.

6. Production line: standard line and dust free ( 300,000 ) line to produce special required parts.

7. Documentation: PPAP, Control Plan, COA, COC etc.

8. Full range of material available: NBR, EPDM, SIL, Viton ( ETP, GF, GFLT, GLT ), HNBR, PU, PA, CR, NR, SBR, AFLAS, F.Silicone, Vamac, Butyl etc.
